How durable are the canvas wraps?
We only use premium quality materials in our Canvas Gallery Wraps. Our canvas, ink, and coatings are formulated to work together to provide the highest quality, longest lasting product available. We have our own in-house UV test chamber and continually test our materials to ensure that the color will stand the test of time. Our Canvas Gallery Wraps will last as long or longer than any other canvas prints available.
How do I hang my canvas?
Canvas Gallery Wraps and Framed Canvas Gallery Wraps arrive with pre-installed sawtooth hanging hardware, making them ready to hang out of the box.
What is the frame material?
The frame material for Framed Canvas Gallery Wraps is made from recycled plastic. This makes them environmentally friendly, as well as solid, durable, and lightweight.
Can you clean the canvas?
If your Canvas collects any dust, wipe it off gently with a clean, damp cloth. We do not recommend using any cleaners on the finished product.

 

RETURNS &; EXCHANGES

Refund Policy

We have a full 30-day refund guarantee. If the item is defective, we will either replace it at no cost to you, or you can send it back to us for a full refund.

Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, email tracking information to support@artisbetter.com, and we will gladly refund you.

-Replacements will require our three-business day production time. The replacement will be shipped under the same shipping service level initially paid for in the original order (i.e. UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day, or UPS Next Day Air).

-Reports of shipping or concealed damage must be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement.

*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your piece (s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.


o Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.

SHIPPING

We partner with UPS to offer shipping for our products. All products are shipped on our shipping account, allowing you to take advantage of improved shipping rates and our extended shipping timelines.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Most products can be shipped using one of three standard shipping methods:
* UPS Ground
* UPS 2-Day Air 
* UPS Next Day Air

When will my order ship?

Orders received before 5pm Mountain Time (MST) are shipped three business days after receipt of your order.
Can you rush my order?
Due to our production capabilities and our rigorous schedule, we are unable to expedite orders through our three-business day production cycle. We do offer upgraded shipping, including UPS 2-Day Air or Next Day Air.

Do you ship internationally?

 We currently do not offer international shipping.  This is something that will be available in the near future. 

How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
We ship 3 days after your order is placed. Please allow 5-7 Business days for delivery with shipping.
